Then, if for any reason, you are unhappy with any item, using a link to our shipping partner, UPS, you may return the product within 30 days at our expense. It’s all part of our commitment to you to make getting to know tag2u.com as effortless as possible. Please note, returned items must be received in new condition. Our shipping charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse to arrive within 7-10 business days of receipt of the order.






Within the contiguous 48 states, we can arrange for 2nd day air delivery to most destinations. Orders received after 12pm (noon) EST on any day given above (except Saturday or Sunday) will require an additional business day for delivery. Please note that Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available for 2nd day orders. Please also note that rush service is not available for some items.

sales tax

Current tax regulations require tag2u.com to charge sales tax in states where we have operations so tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to Illinois and New York. The local sales tax of the delivery destination may also be charged.



return policy

At tag2u.com, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement. If within 30 days you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase in new condition for a refund or credit of the merchandise value. If you have a concern with the quality of the merchandise you received, please contact us at 1-888-621-7680. Shipping fees are non-refundable.




To take advantage of our special introductory free return freight label from UPS or USPS follow the instructions received with your product or go to:

If you are not using the UPS offer, simply fill out the return information on the packing slip, peel off the return address label, place the packing slip and product in the shipping box, and take it to the post office or UPS store.

We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

We cannot accept returns on items purchased at one of our independent retailers in which case you must return the item to the retailer it was purchased from.

Our independent retailers will not accept returns of product purchased through tag2u.com.

Return of items purchased from your tag2u.com registry.
We will gladly provide a site credit for registry gift merchandise within 90 days of your event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever date is later.
